Questions homeowners ask first
Is this a formal valuation?
No. It is an estimate, not a formal RICS valuation. Do not use it for legal, mortgage, tax, or investment decisions.
What data do you use?
We use official UK House Price Index data for Derry City and Strabane, narrowed by property type and any licensed local evidence available. If local evidence is thin, the result is labelled as a guide range.
Why do you need my email?
You can see the guide range first. Email is only needed for the full report, consent record, and follow-up copy of the valuation.
Will an agent call me?
Only if you tick the separate optional box saying you are happy for a local estate agent to contact you. It is off by default.
Why are there no recent sale addresses?
We do not show invented addresses. We show area composites rather than address-level examples until official address-level data is available.
